Sylvia’s Place is set in the small town of Newport at the base of beautiful Mountain Lake resort. The home rests right off of 460 west in a private setting and therefore, has very easy access to the many local attractions as well as to the town of Blacksburg. The home has been totally renovated and has a nice yard for kids to play and a front porch for relaxing. Sylvia’s place has a deep local history and is named after the women who ran the general store and gas pumps long ago.
